We are currently working with Cam-Mind to develop a unique Stress Management course in the work place. A programme that gives employees the tools to cope with stress and make life-style changes to lessen susceptibilty to stressors.
Participants will be taught how to recognise what stress is, and give them the tools to manage stress and maybe even turn bad stress into good stress to become more creative and productive.
The course will be delivered on site over a few months, participants being encouraged to explore different techniques to deal with their stress to find which method suits them personally and to build upon their relaxation skills. We will also introduce various forms of alternative therapy into these sessions, explaining how they work and offering taster sessions.

Employees are taking 70 million days sick leave a year because of mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and depression. By tackling stress in the work place, employers are sending a clear signal that the mental well-being of their staff is a priority.
